Are your items authentic?

We take great care in inspecting each item and have significant experience with luxury fashion products. While we conduct thorough checks to the best of our knowledge, please note that we are not certified experts. We provide detailed images of tags and labels to assist in your evaluation.

What condition are the items in?

Due to the nature of vintage and pre-loved items, the condition can vary. To get the best idea of an item’s condition, we recommend reading the detailed description and reviewing the images provided. We are transparent about the condition of each item, clearly highlighting any wear, flaws, or other important details.

We offer worldwide shipping, so no matter where you are, we’ll make sure your vintage treasures reach you!

How long does shipping take?

UK Shipping

We use Royal Mail's Special Delivery service for next-day delivery within the UK. Orders shipped to the UK typically arrive within 1 working day and are fully tracked and insured. You’ll receive full tracking information via email.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5.00pm. Any orders placed during this time will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed before 5pm on Fridays will be sent with Royal Mail’s guaranteed Saturday delivery, arriving before 1:00pm.

International Shipping

For international orders, we also use Royal Mail services, ensuring that parcels are tracked and insured. Standard international shipping is processed Royal Mail and then handed over to the local delivery partner once the parcel arrives in the destination country. International shipments typically take 7-14 working days to reach their destination.

Do I have to pay import tax / customs fees ?

Items are shipped from the United Kingdom and may be subject to import taxes and customs duties upon arrival. Please check the rates for your country, as these fees are your responsibility. Payment for any applicable duties or taxes is collected by the shipping carrier at the time of delivery, and we have no control or involvement in this process.

Scarz Vintage is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance or issues at the destination.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of vintage and pre-loved items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us as soon as you receive your order, and we will do our best to resolve it. Any concerns raised more than 2 working days after delivery may not be covered under our quality guarantee.
